Our business was born in 1979 when Mercurio, histrionic character linked to his native Calabrian origins, a great lover of fishing, after having worked for many years in tourist facilities throughout Italy and abroad as a chef, decides with great courage and commitment to exploit his great passion, opening the now historic Ristorante da Mercurio, where tradition and seafood are the master. Located 2 km from Capo Vaticano and 12 km from the renowned Tropea, just 50 meters away from Coccorino beach and with a large panoramic terrace, the restaurant overlooks the beautiful Aeolian Islands and the Strait of Messina.

In 2000 the other activity of the family was born, the Baia del Corsaro bar and restaurant, Baia del Corsaro, located right on the Coccorino beach, which has ample green spaces, also open from dawn to dusk, where it is possible to taste as well as dishes of fresh fish, even salads and quick dishes, being located right on the beach.
